No worries ! Everyone loves gift cards. They never expire, they are good for all our products, and no postages needed.
How it works
Our gift cards are 100% digital. Once your order is completed, you will receive an email with a gift card to print, or to transfer to the person you would like.
Each gift card has a unique code that should be entered at the checkout to deduct the value of the gift card.
The advantages of our gift cards
- No expiry : Our gift cards have no expiration date, they are valid for life as long as there is credit available on them.
- Easy redemption : If your loved one is not a fan of resistance bands, or has already acquired one of our sets in the past (this happens more often than you think!), the refund process of gift cards is much easier than returning a product. Just send us an email, and we'll cancel your purchase and issue an immediate full refund. Cancellation is possible up to 30 days after your purchase.
- Flexible use : Our gift cards can be used in one or more transactions: if the value of the card exceeds the value of the basket, the code can be reused for a next purchase. Alternatively, if the basket exceeds the value of the gift card, your beloved can enter a payment method at checkout to pay the difference.
